An AI-powered platform that transforms a pastor's Sunday sermon into a complete 6-day discipleship experience — automatically. Built as part of the FlipTheScript spiritual wellness app.

The challenge

Studies show congregations retain less than 10% of a sermon within 72 hours. Pastors pour hours into crafting messages that fade by midweek. There was no scalable way to extend Sunday's message into daily discipleship.

What we built

A fully automated pipeline that detects new YouTube sermons, extracts transcripts via AI, generates structured 6-day devotional plans with audio narration, and deploys them to every church member — all with zero effort from the pastor. Built with theological guardrails to ensure doctrinal integrity.
