The problem
The problem
Pastors give all week and rarely get checked on, and a thriving ministry can hide a leader who is quietly burning out. A check-up only works if people answer honestly. If a staff member’s boss might see the results, the people who most need help learn to hide it. A tool like this has to make honesty safe and get real risk to a real person fast. It also has to give leaders a picture of their team without exposing anyone’s answers.
What we built
What we built
An 80-question check-up that produces a personal report, a 90-day plan and a path to care. The privacy rules live in the database itself. A church can only see group averages, and only for groups above a minimum size, so one person’s answers can’t be singled out. A rules-based safety check runs before any AI does and puts the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and a human care team in front of anyone at risk. An optional companion checks in between.
- The preview, the final report and the phone app all score answers the same way.
- An optional companion checks in by text and email, built around consistency, never streaks.
